Darin

Darin is a photographer and filmmaker, as well as a powerful and often exciting flyer. When he is not helping folks out up on the board or flying big at Trapeze High, you'll find him busy with a documentary on Tony Steele titled "Dreaming in Circus." Harmony

Harmony is one of our most graceful flyers. She has performed with the Poemas in the Las Vegas Circus Circus and has just returned from a European tour with the Flying Careres. If your lucky she may stop by for a visit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Joel

Probably the strongest of all Trapeze High Hall of Famers, Joel is a teacher and performer with Fern Street Circus and has also performed for Apokalypto, a circus set to the Book of Revelations. He has been part of the Trapeze High family for years. Joel flies, catches, performs on silk and may often be seen flopping around in a net.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ken

Ken has been a regular friendly face here at Trapeze High for the last couple of years or so and decided that trapeze is less of a hobby and more of an obsession. At 35 years old decided to take up gymnastics just because he could. When he's not fixing our computers, you'll often find Ken flinging himself into the net for fun, flipping on the trampoline, up on the catch bar or just hanging out helping others.

Lisa

Lisa is senior at San Diego State who is just waiting to either work for Club Med's circus program or tour with a flying trapeze troupe.  Lisa is also great at hand balancing, chiffon and double trapeze.

Levi

Levi is seemingly always tanned and always laid back. Watch our own friendly and talented surfer dude perform his pirouette, the suicide or even his fantastic double trapeze act with his beautiful partner Lisa.

Lynn

Lynn has been part of the Trapeze High family since its early days and is one of the original founders of the Catchers Club. Lynn is an amazing acrobat, gymnast, trapeze artist, and catcher among her other skills. Fresh off her success with Cirque de la Mer at Sea World, Lynn is now a cast member in Cirque du Soleil's KA at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. We all miss her and will take turns going to Vegas to see her in the show.

Rachel

Rachel is a senior at Carlsbad High School and hopes to go to a college either near Trapeze High or that has a circus program.  She's a talented flyer and catcher. Rachel has been known to scream from time to time durring a scarry trick.

RJ

RJ is like our own personal Hercules. RJ is not only a successful personal trainer and a marathon runner but a great trapeze high catcher. With grips like his, this is one catcher who won’t let you down. But don’t let his large stature intimidate you; RJ is a little kid at heart.

Wayne

Call him the King of Rock and Roll, or just call him #2. Not quite as strong as RJ, not quite as insane as Ken, Wayne might just become a good flyer and catcher if the Navy would ever leave him in town long enough. A jack of all trades, in between swings Wayne can be seen on Silks, straps, the trampoline, the chinese poles, the spinning cube, hand balancing, partner acro, or even teaching fire eating to anyone dumb enough to learn. Catch (or get caught by) this up and coming flyer before the government sends him away again or his forward over attempts finally overcome the skill of the line pullers.
