Execu-care is proud to be the first and only coaching
and consulting organization to offer professional corporate training
and personal development activities on the flying trapeze. We currently
offer six research-based corporate training and development programs
at Trapeze High in Escodido, CA. In addition, Execu-care
offers custom ‘strategic restoration’ packages that include
flying trapeze training for both personal development and rejuvenation.
Unlike many other ‘fun’ corporate activities,
each Execu-care program integrates current corporate best practices
and management research knowledge with the unique psycho-physical experience
of the flying trapeze to obtain measurable, organizational and individual
level gains. These gains can include team and individual
performance enhancement, increased collaboration, increased leadership,
improved communication and reduced long- and short-term burnout. Each
program is designed to maximize benefit to both the participants and
the sponsoring organization while all profit from a fun, memorable
individually meaningful experience on the flying trapeze.Our

All corporate training programs at Trapeze High are directed
and led by Dr. Edy Greenblatt. Dr.
Greenblatt received her master’s degree in Psychology from Harvard
University and received her joint Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior
from Harvard’s Business School and Graduate School of Arts and
Sciences. Formerly Assistant Professor at the Center
for Effective Organizations, Marshall School of Business, University
of Southern California, Edy is currently the President of Execu-care
Coaching
& Consulting and a senior consultant in the Alliance for Strategic Leadership.She
has authored or co-authored 10 articles, books and instructional videotapes
and was the first scholar to document the psycho-physical effects of flying
trapeze on employee performance and well being.She
remains the world authority on using flying trapeze for organizational development
and human resource enhancement. Dr.
Greenblatt has lectured to and worked with thousands of students and professionals
on individual and organizational improvement. She has been involved in flying trapeze
programs since 1995.
