6. Once your legs are up, hook your knees over the bar 7. Knees are now on the bar 8. Stay in position with your hands on the bar as you swing back toward the board 9. Wait until the instructor calls 'arms out now' 10. You will let go of the bar with your hands and hang from your knees after you reach the board and begin to start back out.

15. Back end of the swing.   14. Stay straight, point your toes, and ride out the catcher's swing.  More advanced flyers will 'swing with the catcher'. 13. Allow the catcher to grasp your wrists first, then you grasp the catcher's.  Be sure to release your knees from the bar 12.
